With her entrepreneurial spirit, big heart, and a true passion for empowering staff and clients alike, Sarah is determined to ensure Phoenix soars to great heights. After launching former company Pout Promotions, her strong vision for female empowerment grew through coaching women in business – helping them fulfill their every desire and live a life by design. Out of the office, Sarah works out, drinks a lot of coffee and loves to laugh – loud. Keep your ears peeled for cackling.

ALEAH BAXTER

PROMOTIONAL EVENT STAFF MANAGER

 

Aleah got into promo work when she was in her last year of college, and 5 years latter she is still going strong. With a degree in International Event Management she pursues to be in this business for the long haul.  In her spare time you can find Aleah in a park with her beautiful dog Lilly who she is obsessed with, and will spam you with her photos once you show any interest. SO beware.

IEVA BUTKUTE

CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER

 

Ieva is a creative soul bouncing with ideas and buzzing with creativity, which helped her graduate with a BA Hons Degree in Art, Design and Media and with a Minor in Acting. Both degrees intertwine in her day to day life, making it a huge part of who she is. Ieva absolutely loves food, she loves baking and trying new things, so you can always try to bribe her with a tub of ice cream. Preferably Ben&Jerrys strawberry cheesecake flavor.

STEPHANIE HATCHMAN

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

 

Stephanie is a very strong willed focused person with a big heart and great voice. After working in promo and shots for a while, she saw an opportunity to join the Phoenix family and help them grow. She is extremely passionate about her music career, vegetarianism and the night life, which is where you can usually find her having fun and bouncing about.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

 

Amy joined Phoenix in the summer of 2017 as a shot waitress having returned back from exploring Europe and Asia. Since then she has joined the the office team. Her bubbly, caring and willingness to tackle any situation has proven her strengths – a problem solver with a constant smile and attention to detail. She is a genuine heartfelt person and is working towards a career in reconstructive cosmetic rehabilitation for cancer patients; to help, support and restore peoples lives. She also loves monkeys – being a cheeky one herself.

SUHAIL CUOTTO

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

 

Coming from the fashion & textile production industry ‘Suha’ worked for Phoenix in promo and hostessing on her extra time over the summer in 2016 and joined the head office team a few months later to work closely with Sarah and Steve in bookings and sales. Her true passion is to work behind the scenes and her eyes are always on the details. She oversees bookings and makes sure everything runs smoothly for staff and clients.

COURTNEY RALPH

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

 

One of the newer additions to the Phoenix Staffing Team, Courtney is a bubbly and enthusiastic South African. She has a B.A Degree in Drama and Italian. Courtney comes from a background in Media Advertising and Recruitment. If she is not working or spending time with her family she can usually be found in the kitchen baking up a storm.

Meet our ‘nerd behind the numbers’. Steve was a personal trainer once upon a time… but came to the realisation that he was counting the wrong pounds in life. Steve coordinates all things financial – from payrolls to invoices and everything in between. He has an exceptional vision for Phoenix and has been instrumental in the transformation from Pout to Phoenix. When he’s not guarding the piggy bank, he’s busy adoring animals – mostly dogs – and dreams of owning a shelter for rescue dogs. Whatta man, whatta man, whatta man, whatta mighty good man.
