SARAH MOXOM

FOUNDER & CEO

 

With her entrepreneurial spirit, big heart, and a true passion for empowering staff and clients alike, Sarah is determined to ensure Phoenix soars to great heights. After launching former company Pout Promotions, her strong vision for female empowerment grew through coaching women in business – helping them fulfill their every desire and live a life by design. Out of the office, Sarah works out, drinks a lot of coffee and loves to laugh – loud. Keep your ears peeled for cackling.

COURTNEY RALPH

SHOT – WAITRESSING MANAGER

 

One of the newer additions to the Phoenix Staffing Team, Courtney is a bubbly and enthusiastic South African. She has a B.A Degree in Drama and Italian. Courtney comes from a background in Media Advertising and Recruitment. If she is not working or spending time with her family she can usually be found in the kitchen baking up a storm.

LOUISA ROSE MACKLESTON

PROMOTIONAL EVENT STAFF MANAGER

 

Louisa has been a core member of the Phoenix Team since June 2017. Having done almost every promotional role you can think of, Louisa jumped at the opportunity to become a permanent member of Phoenix in the position of Bookings Manager. Despite having a degree in Psychology, Louisa loved the diversity and challenges of the promotional industry too much to leave it. In her spare time, Louisa enjoys working on Film & TV sets, both in front and behind of the camera.

STEPHANIE HATCHMAN

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

 

Stephanie is a very strong willed focused person with a big heart and great voice. After working in promo and shots for a while, she saw an opportunity to join the Phoenix family and help them grow. She is extremely passionate about her music career, vegetarianism and the night life, which is where you can usually find her having fun and bouncing about.

GEORGIA GOODRICK

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

Georgia has worked in almost every aspect of the company – sales, bookings, accounts, recruitment, brand activation and creative. Her extensive knowledge of Phoenix has resulted in a wonderful ability to understand our clients’ needs and assist them with their projects from beginning to end. She’s also incredibly well versed in staffing, logistics, HR… the list goes on. Georgia’s middle name should be Phoenix – she epitomises the spirit of Team Phoenix and we’ve even appeared to her in dreams. A true asset to the company.

VICKY SPOONER

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

 

Vicky has been with Phoenix Staffing for four and a half years now, working as a shot girl and a little promo in the past. She is now working in business development and training new shot girls. Vicky has been a shot girl for six years, and is also training to be a circus dancer. This is her passion as well as building business and relationships by having genuine connections with people and strengthening personal strengths and skills.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

 

Meet our ‘nerd behind the numbers’. Steve was a personal trainer once upon a time… but came to the realisation that he was counting the wrong pounds in life. Steve coordinates all things financial – from payrolls to invoices and everything in between. He has an exceptional vision for Phoenix and has been instrumental in the transformation from Pout to Phoenix. When he’s not guarding the piggy bank, he’s busy adoring animals – mostly dogs – and dreams of owning a shelter for rescue dogs. Whatta man, whatta man, whatta man, whatta mighty good man.

IEVA BUTKUTE

CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER

 

Ieva is a very creative soul bouncing with ideas and buzzing with creativity, which helped her graduate with a BA Hons Degree in Art, Design and Media and a Minor in Acting. Both degrees intertwine in her day to day life, making it a huge part of who she is. Ieva absolutely loves food, she loves baking and trying new things, so you can always try to bribe her with a tub of ice cream, preferably strawberry cheesecake flavor.

SUHAIL CUOTTO

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

 

Coming from the fashion & textile production industry ‘Suha’ worked for Phoenix in promo and hostessing on her extra time over the summer in 2016 and joined the head office team a few months later to work closely with Sarah and Steve in bookings and sales. Her true passion is to work behind the scenes and her eyes are always on the details. She oversees bookings and makes sure everything runs smoothly for staff and clients.

HIND ALQINAI

BOOKINGS ASSISTANT

Not only does Hind help handle our booking queries, she is also a Freelance Events Manager who works in the entertainment industry.  This year Hind is focusing on her dream of becoming a TV presenter. Her hobbies include listening to music, going to music gigs and eating cake. Anything music related or about celebs, she will know the answer!
